Hello friends-
My fourth book in the Grand Mal series – called Trigger – is just about done!
I’m nearing 20,000 words, 180 pages…
I suspect it will be 200 pages when I call it finished.
Below is the cover and description:
Trigger is the continuing story of Chris, experienced academic and freelance graphic designer with Epilepsy, trying to cater to his most challenging client yet, and confidently persist, even as he acquires new injuries, new triggers, and his unconventional, seizure treatment plan proves ineffective. It is the story of Hank, local church servant and friend, who agrees to join Chris in a different kind of activity in York, Pennsylvania. It is the continuing story of Mary Grace, of her uncomfortable, unwanted presence following the break-up. It is the story of Greta, of her unparalleled partnership, and whether or not Cris’s condition has a bearing on their outcome as
a couple. It is a vivid reminder of thriving despite disappointment, the various forms of integration, the impact of disability on commitment, and the importance of seeking growth amidst the unknown.
